Knowledgeable staff, who answered all my concerns about the selection of washing machines. Evan ( from heaven) explained different features for the different brands.nSuper friendly and professional! Love Dracut Appliance! Why shop anywhere else!

Service was superb. Our washer ( the buying experience a few years ago was great too) decided to have a couple of water valve issues. After contacting service, the follow up was excellent and using text, we were kept informed when parts would be in, and when the service person would arrive, within a reasonable window. Due to a minor medical issue we had to postopone a couple of days and they were totally understanding. The repair person, Jean, was cordial and efficient in the house, keeping me informed of his progress. It actually seems to work better than before. An aside, this is happening in July during the pandemic. We were screened on the phone prior to the visit and Jean was well protected with a pretty amazing mask and was respectful about the situation. Thanks Dracut Appliance.

In the past year I have bought a washing machine and a refrigerator from Dracut Appliance. From purchase to delivery it was a smooth and easy transaction. Their personalized service is something you can not get from a big box store and the prices were competitive. Their delivery service is on time, efficient and professional.
