Very helpful and kind. Exchanged a damaged necklace I bought for my girl in Columbus. After the New Philadelphia Kay wouldn't and talked down to me. I would do business with the Zanesville Kay again.

This location is awful. Younger dark haired lady is EXTREMELY short and unhelpful. They act like they just want you out of the store. Had a new older lady didn’t know how to put something in layaway. I actually came in to get a $125 ring repaired and they said it would be $75. Seemed extremely inaccurate. “Couldn’t find” my warranty on the ring. Learn better customer service when you’re selling such pricey items. Not the most difficult job to take stuff out of a case and have basic courtesy.

After driving over an hour to get there, they decided that they were going to close 30 minutes early apparently. As I sat outside of the store watching them just sit in there and ignore my phone calls. 20 Minutes until close and they were covering their cases up. Very frustrating!!

Generally great, usually customer service is above and beyond. Today must have been an off day for some reason? The clerk made it work out ok in the end and that is what matters. Prices are good and they do have some beautiful jewelry. Overall good experience.
