I walked in for my first appointment with Nikki Roberts with big plans. I was planning to cut about 9 inches off and go with a short style for summer. The front staff were great and Nikki’s assistant was wonderful. Nikki had my hair cut within an hour and it’s the best haircut I’ve ever had. The. Best. Haircut. I’ve been back again for highlights and a trim and once again, an amazing experience with Nikki. I love my hair, other people love my hair, my teen sons love my hair. If you’re looking for a new salon and a new stylist, definitely give Pure Concepts a try. If you can schedule with Nikki, even better!!

I absolutely LOVE Aveda Deerfield! The staff are so incredibly nice and helpful! I look forward to my appointments because I always leave feeling so good and confident with my hair! I've been going to this location for my hair cuts almost 2 years now and I would HIGHLY recommend Oliva! Her talents are unmatched! It feels so good to trust your hairstylist and be confident every appointment! I would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you Aveda Deerfield!

Incredibly disappointed by the service I received for a wash/style/curl. The whole appointment was rushed from start to finish. 15 minutes to wash, dry and curl my hair. She used a flat iron to curl my hair but it didn't result in any curls, i asked if she could use a curling iron instead maybe for more volume but i still had sections of hair that wasn't curled, it was poker straight. It was my fault for not asking her to fix it but by that point I was beyond frustrated and then I saw the bill. $50...I paid $50 for something I had to go home and fix. Also, there was still hair on the floor at her station from her previous clients. I will never go back or recommend.

A friend recommended Aveda to me and it is excellent! Shenae is awesome and I always leave feeling refreshed. 10/10 would recommend.

Allison at the Deerfield location was able to fix my hair after another salon (Mitchell’s west Chester) completely ruined my hair by over-processing my highlights! My hair was literally falling out! I called Pure concept and they were able to fit me in, and after a long and exhaustive process she was able to fix my hair. ❤ufe0f
