The absolute worst place to go!!! They are rude, unprofessional, and snotty! You walk in and ask if you can get a massage the lady at the front desk sits and texts on her phone the whole time and rolls her eyes. Then they don't finish the full hour and ask for more tip. So unprofessional and don't even speak English. It's a different woman every time you go and they aren't even good. I would highly suggest not coming here unless you want to turn right back around! They suck!

I have had 3 different women to give me a massage! They do a professional job! I come to there place and I find out that I have many trigger points and muscle aches that after I get done with my massage that I am less tight and my mobility is better. I have gone to many massage places around the Cincinnati area and I will not go anywhere else from now on..

I had to write about my experience here because it so refreshing. I seldom get massages because I usually don't have the time. But recent back issues have forced me to make time for myself. Decided to stop in New Concepts since this is near my house. So glad I did.nnAMAZING experience! I had the best massage that I can remember. This place is professional. When I walked in I was greeted by Annie, who was wearing a mask and asked that I wear mine also. The place is sparkling clean, with peaceful music, and is so relaxing and serene. Annie was terrific, courteous and very respectful. She asked my what kind of pressure. I opted for medium. She was perfect. I felt very refreshed afterwards. This is a high quality and very professional environment. I recommend this place if you need a good massage, and ask for Annie. She is very courteous and gives a high quality massage.
