This is a great local cleaner. Staff is friendly and professional. They do a good job. One suggestion: lose the plastic collar thingys they attach to your shirts when cleaned. They serve no visible purpose and they are not recyclable ud83dude15. HATE them (the plastic thingys).

Update:nA manager called and apologized, and made my experience so much better. Without asking to, he gave me 50% discount and said that they would take note to not let this happen in the future. He said to feel free to contact him directly anytime. This morning I found my coat dropped off at my porch, which is a wonderful gesture. Thank you Wayne!nnI dropped off a fur coat to be cleaned, and was told that I would need to wait a week because they needed to send it off to another location to be cleaned. My ticket said to pick up Thursday July 16th.nWhen I arrived, I waited almost ten minutes before a worker came out and told me that the coat was just picked up yesterday and I would need to wait another two weeks.nIn return for my inconvenience, he said I would receive a “small discount”, like 15%.nI wish Tide would have notified me before I wasted time driving and waiting there. The discount is not worth the time lost.nI’ll be looking for another dry cleaners place in the future.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!! I took my wedding dress there to get the wrinkles out before my big day and what I got back looked like someone took my dress out on the town. There was a HOLE IN THE FRONT OF IT!!! Beading falling off of it!!! Hair in between the layers! Dirt on it!! And the wrinkles were even worse than when I took it in!!! There is a sign in their window if it’s not right you get your money back and they will make it right FOR FREE. Well we will see about that because they have to do “an investigation” before I get my refund. Which is complete BS! I have 9 days to get out fixed by someone else because I am not trusting them with anything ever again!!
