Excellent, my clothes turn out perfect, I would highly recommend to others. AND....... They are like the friggin cheapest in town if you're close!!

Service has been hit or miss over the years. But, terrible recently. Two items missing from the last pick-up, a sweater and shirt. They claimed they just counted wrong at check-in. Since I dropped off the items to wear to a dinner, I knew exactly what was missing. Two months later still no resolution. One time I call and they say notes in system and they are looking for it. Next time they say system shows everything was picked up. And, whichever manager I talk to says they have to talk to owner, and nobody ever gets back. Quality is mediocre to begin with, but when they lose items and don't resolve, time to go elsewhere. BEWARE of this place. You get what you pay for.

I had a last minute request and the staff was willing to accommodate my needs. When I picked it up we double checked everything to make sure I was satisfied. Friendly and courteous employees at this location.

I've been looking for an affordable cleaner after the one I used in the past moved to West Chester. I took in 6 blazers/suit jackets and 6 pairs of dress pants and was hopeful after reading the reviews, but did not have a good experience.nPros: Convenient, very fast, more affordable than most cleaners in the area especially if you hunt down the online coupon (although $1 more per item than my prior cleaner), clothes had no chemical odor when picked up.nCons: Very poorly pressed--all my slacks had multiple creases where there had been only one, and required a lot of my time trying to fix. And the blazers all looked like they'd been slept in--collars and sleeves were so rumpled they're almost ruined and the lapels are now uneven. The jackets all look very sloppy instead of crisp and professional.nI cannot recommend and won't return.
