So happy to have found a reliable, trustworthy, full service jeweler in Ohio! I am able to find everything I need, and with the best customer service. The staff is knowledgeable and very good at knowing what the customer wants without being overbearing. The selection of jewelry in the store is varied and includes unique pieces. The quality is excellent. I even trust my heirloom pieces to be serviced and repaired by them. The are competitively priced and can find or create just about everything you want or need. They also can order if not in their normal stock. There is very little wait time for standard setting, cleaning and repairing. Their prices are reasonable for the previous mentioned activities. I trust them and their expertise in fine jewelry. They go above and beyond for their customers. I recommend them to everyone in the area.

My son-in-law recommended James Wolf to me after a previous jeweler was going to make me pay double to fix my wedding band. When we walked in, Alex and Amy were quick to help. They analyzed my ring and came up with a plan to ensure the insert would finally fit my ring. When I went to pick up my order, I was absolutely amazed! They fixed my ring and now I can finally wear it. I also ordered another, more simplistic band, that also turned out beautifully. I was so impressed! I am thankful that James Wolf helped fix my ring so I can finally wear it comfortably. I cannot recommend them enough.

Beautiful Necklace. They went out of their way to accommodate me. Very affordable. Had to be ordered from England. Since it did not make it for her birthday, one week away, she got a picture from the catalog and wrapped it up. Nice touch. Definitely will be shopping there in the future. Thanks

I chose James Wolf based on the large number of positive reviews, and will gladly add my own experience. They were very pleasant to work with and explained the ins and outs of buying an engagement ring in a low pressure and helpful manner. The selection was great and even with a somewhat special order they handled it easily. I highly recommend James Wolf.

My fiance and I were looking for engagement and wedding rings. We stopped in at James Wolf Jewelers. Christine was looking for a princess cut, and we were shown every diamond in that category. The staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. They answered all of our questions. Christine picked out a beautiful, well priced diamond. We would highly recommend James Wolf Jewelers for anyone looking for a engagement and wedding rings.
