The massage was very nice. My masseur did an excellent job!nnHowever when I signed up online I was told the price $79.99 and after my massage was over I was told the total price (before tip) was $128.05!! I was told this was because I wasn't a member - but I found it very frustrating they weren't transparent about this. I will NOT be going back!
Friendly staff, clean facility, great massages & I always leave refreshed. I highly recommend treating yourself to the heated river stones to accompany the massage. Well worth it! Your tight muscles just melt into submission & relaxation.
I have now made two appointments for my introductory massage, and both times these have been cancelled. For the second they offered a time at a location 30 minutes from my home when the other location is 5 minutes away. While I understand that these are trying times and that people become ill, this is very frustrating as both times I didn't find out until the day before and had scheduled so that I had waited over a week for the appointment. Trying to decide now if I should try again to schedule or just look somewhere else.
Got a valentine's gift for my girlfriend and the staff was nice and ancerd all my questions.
Great facials and they make it really easy to rebook with the same person so they can really get to know your skin care regimen. The massages were a little inconsistent at first but I found that I just needed to be very clear about what I was looking for. I’ve never had a problem with a Hot Stone, 10/10 recommend this clean and polite location. I have visited Hand and Stone locations nationally and internationally and this is one of the best.
