The atmosphere very positive. The staff friendly and supportive. Brett is my PT,nHe has created a trust in me that he has my best interest. He is positive, supportive and committed to my successful recovery. Since working with him I have progressed quickly with my knee replacement strength and healing.nI am doing great with getting back to my normal living routine.

I would love to give them 5 stars because the doctor and nurse staff were THE BEST. The surgery went smoothly and they kept in touch at every step and gave me great instructions for after care.nBut the support staff leaves much to be desired. They dont answer the phone ever and although their voicemail says they'll call you back the same day they never do, were currently going on a week with no call back which is going to cause a delay in my husband's disability check. Not very pleased.

If possible I would rate Orthopedic One with 10 plus stars.nA professional, clean and pleasant atmosphere. As a returned patient I had the pleasure of having Ryan as my physical therapist. He's a professional at all times as well as being very knowledgeable. He helped me discover things about my injuries that I wasn't a where of. With help of Ryan my progress is doing well!nThank you Ryan!

Excellent facility, staff, and equipment. Treatment plans are specific and reasonable. Brett does a great job of revising plans as needed. Friendly staff overall. Good selection of equipment based on specific PT necessary. Highly recommend. This is my second time going to Brett.

Everything ran smoothly during my husbands surgery. Katie was very attentive and notified me through every part of the surgery. The surgeon was not the most personable, however most surgeons are not. Will highly recommend to anyone!
