Parked my truck in valet last night after 8pm and about 40 minutes later walked past the valet and was asked if we were leaving yet. I told the gentlemen no and was still handed my keys and told I can retrieve my own vehicle, just don't leave it overnight? I could see if they were closing down but the gentleman was just being very rude and unprofessional repeating himself numerous times aggressively.

I asked them kindly to break a 20.00 that I had just retrieved out of the Chase ATM across the street... The “manager” of the valet operation said he couldn’t because of the “fraud” that they get at Easton and didn’t feel comfortable breaking my 20.00. They must not have wanted a tip when they retrieved my car... They didn’t get one. I will continue to park my car there and not tip because evidentially my money isn’t good with them. S&W should request a different service to valet their clientele.

The valet parking is located at Smith & Wollensky restaurant in easton mall. The staff are friendly and helpful.
