It was fine. Driver was very helpful. But, found it was hard to find the way to shuttle from inside airport and one of the elevators was broke. It was a pain handling luggage to pick-up location, finally an employee help me get to the pick-up point. Didn't feel the directions were very good at airport to get to pick-up point.

Christmas morning, 16degrees & snowing and they shuttle service was terrible! I feel on Christmas we should all be extra gracious, but the drivers drove right by us and we finally had to walk with all our luggage to the gate! Nuts! They was a shuttle sitting there and still wouldn’t let us on! Mind blowing. Merry Christmas!

They make no effort to social distance on the shuttle. They pack you in using every available seat.
