Great experience! Parking is convenient with shuttles to all the major lots, a COTA stop for direct access to the arena district, on and off-airport lodging as well as your standard taxi and rideshare options. There are multiple long term lots, short term parking via the garage right next to the terminal and valet available. They also have a convenient waiting lot if you're using a friend or relative pick you up.nnThe airport itself is easy to navigate with 3 straight forward concourses each including dining options as well as convenience stores for souvenirs or those essentials you forgot. The waiting areas are well equipped and there are plenty of helpful staff if you're having an issue. Plenty of charging options if your phone is low or you have to pull out the laptop for some last minute business including free WiFi.nnPassenger pickup is directly outside baggage claim and passenger drop off has you practically at the ticketing counters.nnEveryone was very helpful with general information, things to see and do in Columbus.nnNot a frequent flier but would highly recommend.
One of the better Airports Ive ever been in. Everyone is helpful and all the check in areas are labelled well.

I am overwhelmingly disappointed and disgusted by concourse A.nn1) Food: I tried to eat dinner at four different places before a 6:30p flight. Two of the places we're out of food COMPLETELY, the third place had such a limited menu I could only order breadsticks and the fourth place no one was at the counter to order from!nn2) Wifi: terribly slownn3) Restrooms: dirty, out of soap, long lines, poor layout. You get the picturennAgain, I am disappointed by how little this airport had to offer. I don't know what businesses would want to fly into here. Next time, I'll fly out of somewhere else and drive.
