After shopping around to find the right place to buy an engagement ring I found the perfect place. Diamond cellar was 10/10. Duane was very helpful and informative. He made the experience seamless. I would recommend Duane and the diamond cellar to anyone. They also sized the ring in 24 hours which was great to have the ring back so quickly. Thank you for making this special moment so easy.

Had a great experience here purchasing my first Tudor! Katie was incredibly helpful and went well out of her way to help me get the exact piece I was looking for, despite coming in from out of town. I was able to confirm the model I was looking for, reserve it, and then pick it up when I arrived in Columbus. Fantastic experience overall!

The Diamond Cellar is amazing!! The customer service is outstanding and they made the whole process simple. Stephanie Pruschen was amazing and found us the most perfect diamond. We were shocked at their prices too- we got a great value for the diamond that was purchased. I highly recommend Stephanie at the Diamond Cellar to anyone!

I needed two rings sized. I called and they reassured me that their process for resizing rings is secure. They resize them at the store, they don't send them somewhere. I chose to take my rings there and worked with Kate. It was a great decision! My rings fit perfectly now and Kate was super nice and friendly. I definitely recommend Diamond Cellar!
