Manger struggled with a simple return. Didn’t know what she was doing. When item was purchased I asked about the return policy and wasn’t told that if I paid cash for item I would have to wait weeks for check in mail. It is Michael Kors and was only $320. Gave the manger my ID for the return and she couldn’t even copy the info for the check right and had to call another manger to fix it. Very poor customer service for a luxury store.

Very small storefront. Associates were not knowledgeable about Michael Kors products. I was told twice that Michael Kors does not make Saffiano leather handbags as they literally had 3 in the window that I had to point out. Kept suggesting other handbags which were quite different than what I stated I was looking for. I left and walked 5 minutes away where Macy's had more to offer.
