The customer service is very poor. You are required to wait in line (which is fine), but not a single employee greets you or asks the purpose of your visit. I waited in line for 30 minutes for them to say they could not assist me. Others in front of me waited just as long just so they could pick up merchandise.nnMy recommendation is simple, greet your customers and ask a brief question of what they need then you can quickly show them the register or say the store cannot help. This would prevent people that have two minute transactions from standing in line waiting for full service clients to shop and purchase their merchandise.nnI mentioned this to the salesman that talked to me, and he said they were too busy to do that.nnMy recommendation to shoppers is to go to Diamond Cellar around the corner. That is a top notch business. My experience with service, selection and price is nothing less than 5 stars.

As you can see the prong on my wedding ring (pic to the left) was completely bent. We took it there to get it fixed and I was blown away at the after results! You can absolutely see a difference from the before and afters!nThey did an amazing job! My husband and I couldn't be more happier!nThank you Kay jewelers!

Love the people and service. Always have a smile and wonderful sense of humor. Patience and value is not at a loss here. Inspection process of my rings was smooth and quick. Always love coming here.

Always a good experience when going into Kay. Definitely glad we got the lifetime warranty to fix and repair any damages to my wedding ring.
