Went the extra mile to provide a positive customer experience when they had to be away from their store unexpectedly. Very happy with the quality of their work as well.
We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of rings and service we received at Classic Jewelers Exchange. Angelo was very focused on what we wanted and was not pushy at all. He was straightforward about pricing and quality and let us make the decisions. The ring was affordable and beautiful, just what we were looking for.
Looking to buy jewelry? Look elsewhere...Don’t waste your time here...their never here...I’ve came 3 lunches in a row and their always closed..Waste of time...I’ve rang the door bell, called the number on the piece of paper and they never answer...
I have been here before and the service is okay... I not one that usually leaves a bad review, with that being said. I firmly believe that if a business has posted hours. They should be followed. If you need to leave early, at least leave a note on the door! I arrived at 5:40pm and noone was there. If your hours say that you are open until 6. Please be there until 6. This could have easily been a 4 to 5 star review.
Great place to do business with!! Highly recommend. I ordered a ring from Classic Jewelers Exchange and I felt that I had a personal relationship with them. They made sure the ring that I ordered was done right and that it was great quality. They did it in a timely manner and did everything that I had requested. And the ring came out perfect!
