My soon-to-be fiancé loves the engagement ring that we got her, however, I wasn’t happy with some of the ways Morgan jewelers does business. I advice you BEFORE purchasing anything here, be sure to check the prices on their website. We saw the actual sale price of our ring online AFTER we purchased our ring. It was disheartening to eventually see that because it was nearly $1,500 in difference. Also be careful with Morgan Jewelers if you have a trade-in. There was absolutely ZERO clarity from Sheri about how the trade-in doesn’t go towards the discounted sale price, only the full retail price.... She clearly was working for her commission. We would have approached things differently if we had more clarity for what worked better for us.... It was too much of a process to reverse the sale since we’ve sized and soldered our ring. My girlfriend loves the ring so we’ll be keeping it but we’re not buying my ring, (the grooms ring) from Morgan because of this experience. Use caution.

Fantastic customer service and selections. I would 100% recommend Kim!! Kim help me and my boyfriend with an engagement ring about 2 months ago. Kim went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we wanted, with both with the ring/diamond and the cost. He didn’t waist any time, we found “our ring” within 10 minutes of being there. I wanted a mined diamond, he over night ordered us two options to pick from and covered the extra shipping/delivery fee. Once we picked out diamond they sized the ring, placed the diamond, polished it all within about 2 hours. Morgan jewelers offers full coverage, and a good amount of coverage on the big diamond (most places don’t cover the big diamond at all) as well as free cleanings every 6 months and adjustments if needed. Me and my boyfriend went to MANY jewelry stores and did not find the selection, customer service, affordability and coverage anywhere like Morgan jewelers. We plan on getting my wedding band, and my boyfriends ring at Morgan jewelers through Kim. When it comes to jewelry there is no where else I would go then Morgan jewelers with Kim’s assistance.

The customer service at Morgan Jewelers is excellent. After my 4 year old son and I had been ignored at two other local jewelry stores, I was about to give up finding his mom a Valentine gift, when we drove by Morgan Jewelers and decided to give it one more shot. We were immediately greeted with smiles as we walked through the doors and were assisted in finding a perfect blue diamond necklace. (My son insisted it must be blue). The professionals here were very patient as he told them “nope” over and over again until he selected a piece that was just right. Pretty much the only jewelry store I will ever shop at again. Thank you Morgan’s!
