The girl at the counter today was extremely lazy and rude. She sat on her dang phone the whole time while talking to someone on her phone. She had to force herself to stand up and take the payment. Before we even walked away from the counter, she got right back on her phone to have a conversation with someone more important than the customers. She said something about don’t be rude it was just a little girl. I wish I would have gotten your name.

I got my ears pierced here a few weeks and was told to keep the ones they gave me in for 3 weeks 24/7 which I did. However, they told me after that to wear earrings for a year. I did not know that meant to wear them overnight and so my ear holes closed while I slept. They should be more clear about that. I went back in to see I could re pierce them for free or at a discounted price, and had my original earrings and the carekit they'd given me. They refused to repierce them and said I would have to pay for it all over again. The original piercing was extremely overpriced ($48 for a 5 minute earlobe piercing!), management was rude, and they provided no clear instructions. They told me there was nothing I could do about a healed piercing. Extremely unhappy with this place.

Gracie was such a big help to my daughter. She helped find what she wanted. She even went the extra mile to put a smile on her face. She amazing and needs a raise!!!

I tried to get my ears pierced at Claire’s about a day ago. I got a 2nd lobe pericing which went smoothly but when they did the other side of my ear on my regular lobe ( thy side closed up years ago) the lady missed the pen mark on my ear and pierced the very bottom of my ear lobe. She then proceeded to make me take out the earring and she tried again and did the exact same thing missing the pen mark on my ear!!! I now have 2 holes on the bottom of my earlobe.waiting for them to close up so I can go somewhere else and get it done right. Very dissapointed and the experience made my little sister too scared to get her own ears pierced.

I love there stuff and everything else but when I went to get my ears pierced the quality was horrible, the back of the earring got jammed and wouldn’t come off, my ear got infected and swollen and my ear grew over the back of the earring and it wouldn’t come off for 6 months. By the time I got the earring out the my holes closed up. I couldn’t put any other earrings in.
