I had such a great experience with Trudy. She made me feel comfortable with a tough decision. She walked me through the entire process and reassured me along the way. What a great experience it was for me. Once my finance saw the beautiful ring she said yes! I’m so grateful for this wonderful experience that she helped me though. Us guys can really mess this up but with her help everything went smooth. If you are in the market for jewelry please go see Trudy! Time well spent! I WILL be going back!

Staff is warm and inviting and very aware of budget. Low pressure, patient, and staff takes the time to help you find the perfect piece. I just found my new jewelry store! Trudy has become an instant friend. Highly recommended and I will be back as soon as I can!

I was referred to J Brooks Jewelers when searching for a jeweler to make a custom engagement ring for my girlfriend and I. After trying other jewelers first, it was very apparent from the moment we spoke with Trudy & Natalie that this was the place for us. Not only are they incredibly helpful and explained the process of custom jewelery in more clarity than any other store we had been to, they go out of their way to help you. They went above and beyond to try and help us find something similar we may like that is already crafted for a lower price. Once it was settled that we were creating a ring, they walked us through every step of the process. They even went so far as explaining what the next steps were after our first visit and when they will be in touch with us. This sounds obvious, but they were the first jeweler to do this for us. The best part of working with them is their amazing service and knowledge. However, a close second is the price. They designed and crafted a beautiful ring for my girlfriend and I for $800 less than the next best quote we had, and even $1100 less than the average amount we were quoted. They have lifetime warranties and all to back their work up! I will be going back in the future and referring all friends and family I possibly can there.

My girlfriend and I had a fairly simple but very custom ring we wanted made. Through pictures on Pinterest, descriptions and lots of choices we John was able to work with us to make the ring we wanted perfectly. Any issues in the process he was quick to solve, and communication was pretty open and easy. To be totally honest John did ask me to write this review but I don’t mind doing it because it’s really hard to know which local jewelers have decent prices, tasteful design, lots of custom capability and are easy to work with. J Brooks was all of that, I’m very pleased!
