Service is always quick and friendly. I appreciate that my wedding ring is taken care of and cleaned often. The warranty really is the best. I've never had any reason to be unhappy, with dozens of visits in the past four years. Even when it's busy, I'm always taken care of. Thank you!
Excellent service!! I walked in not knowing what to expect, and was kindly greeted, and helped throughout the whole process. I was able to find an amazing ring that my Fiance loved! The person helping me was patient and helpful the whole way through. Definitely would recommend
They were friendly and professional. I appreciated their precautions to prevent the spread of COVID. Despite how busy they were on a Saturday we were in and ought in about half an hour. They cleaned and inspected a ring and tightened the loose center-stone at no charge, even though we didn't purchase the ring from them. We were impressed by Shane Co. and will return, even though it is a long drive for us.
Several people recommended them to us as the best in the valley, and now we will recommend them to others.
Shushan is absolutely amazing! I had a small dark spot under one of my diamonds, she had the diamond replaced and the ring deep cleaned to make sure there were no issues. She is fantastic!!
I bought my wife her ring 11 yrs ago and she still gets complete strangers giving her yuge compliments! I know I have a great taste in rings but Shane Co. obviously has great craftsmanship for it to look as nice as it does.
