Very poor customer service also very poor management I will never spend my money here again

My friend & I shop in both stores in Springfield on Weds. We get a Senior Discount & great deals. Nice people, & helpful when you ask. Some employees I've known for years!
Looks like it isn't much from the street, but it was a happy surprise for us. Clean and well organized. They had a huge book section and we found lots of good ones. No furniture here but lots of nice housewares. One star off because we had to ask for a key to use the bathroom, but everyone was nice.
