Very nice people. I'm not big on negotiating prices; I just want to be done with the transaction. I've sat with some regret over the price I've accepted for my trade especially since my stomach turned after the initial offer (got less than 50% of market value). The blame lies on me, but hoped that I could expect a bit better offer in good faith and that they touted the best trade-in prices in the valley. I spent over 3 hours there with the promise I would sell to them since they were kind enough to test every piece I brought in. I would still recommend this business as I realize they are only trying to make a profit. I would only caution you to not expect a price that is wholly reasonable you at the first offer.

Came here after searching online for a business to sell some unneeded possessions for cash. No regrets, they answered all questions honestly and I felt I was treated fairly with the best price. I worked with Thad, his attitude and pleasantness made the experiece a good one and I would recommend them for any precious metal estimate.

Terrible how they run this place arrived at 350pm doors are closed its Friday says they close at 6PM wign on door says will return at 10am ummmm someone needs to go back to school its 351pm not 10am
