She helped us plan our first Disney trip. She was able to get a better deal for us on the same accommodations we were trying to get ourselves. She has personal experience traveling and was able to give us lots of tips. She helped us add on things last minute to our travel plans and didn't act like we were bothering her. Great experience!
We worked with Christina to plan a 20th Anniversary/Spring Break Trip for March 2020.nnChristina was great at discussing our options and helping us through the process of booking our cruise with Carnival Cruise Line, Booking flights and a hotel for the night before we set sail.nnUnfortunately, this trip was just at the beginning of the pandemic quarantine and all cruises were canceled the night before we were to set sail. Christina did an amazing job keeping us informed and helping us to change our arrangements. She was very attentive to us and our needs while changing everything. She had answers to our questions, or would search out the answers. I cannot express how grateful we were to have her as our agent during this time.nnI recommend her to everyone!
I asked Christi to find us a great price on a hot peaceful vacation and man did she deliver! She found us a great deal, beautiful hotel and location, and made sure everything was set up flawlessly. She gave us details about how the area was handling COVID so we were prepared, what to expect at the hotel, and answered my impromptu questions quickly. The travel company did a great job meeting our needs. The agent was responsive to what we needed. During the trip there was a minor issue and the agent took care of it immediately and did not allow it to negatively affect our trip. Would definitely recommend and will use for future travels.
Was looking for lodging for our girls week trip. A house was found instead of several hotel rooms. It proved very convenient to local attractions, quiet, & had plenty of space to relax.
