Whitney is amazing i was really impressed with not only his customer service but his onsite maintenance which is a dying art of laundry service. I called the number at the location I was at and he was there with in 20 minutes looking at the dryer. Instead if having to call someone one out. Hidden gem almost empty on a sunday afternoon. Had full snack machine and a Elmo kid ride thing you would find at a grocery store. Customer for life.
Clean, and always quite, Wi-Fi. Need single women to start going.
Why is zero stars not an option? I've given this place a few tries as I'm very aware that everyone has bad days. It's official now though; it will be a cold day in hell before I return here!
Manager very unfriendly. My grandmother is a crossing guard a couple of blocks from there. The manager has told her she is not a customer and can not use the restroom in there. She loves her job, that's the closest restroom close to her corner.
I wash all my clothes here! Best laundry mat in town!
