I just returned from an Aruba trip that Pat planned. It wasn’t an easy task for her, as we were 11 people, with 5 young children. She reserved room and flights meticulously for all. I was afraid of not putting in all the correct info, so I looked for a travel agent. Her reviews were great, but I felt the need to meet in person. Pat set up a date to meet. After one meeting, I was very confident I chose a great agent.nnWhen we had an issue with one room reservation, that I had the correct paper work for, but the hotel wouldn’t honor, Pat straightened it out immediately!nnI am working again with her for a cruise in the future!nnIf there were more stars, I would give them to her!
Patricia was incredible to work with in booking our dream honeymoon. She understood what type of trip we were looking for, what our budget was, and helped us create the most amazing dream vacation at a price we were comfortable with. She did diligent research, was extremely responsive and attentive and I fully trusted her. We just ended our perfect honeymoon and I’m very thankful to have used Patricia to take the stress and guesswork out of making it all come together!

Patricia was amazing! She made my honeymoon dreams come true, she helped my husband to choose the perfect honeymoon vacation. She organized everything and was very detailed. She suggested I purchase the travelers insurance which I did and was grateful for it, because on my honey moon I got bit by a bug and needed to see a doctor. I emailed Patricia while in Mexico and she responded right away how my insurance would reimburse me once we came back to the USA. When I came back to the states Patricia helped we with the insurance claim process and i was able to get fully reimbursed for my medical expenses while on vacation. I'm looking forward to use 4 Star Traveler in my future vacations.
Amazing is all I can say! All the little details were taken care of for our honeymoon! All our questions were answered quickly and with the most up to date information. Will definitely be using Patti again for future trips
