I would highly recommend Bite Back for all your bed bug removal needs. Miles was incredibly helpful. He responded quickly to the situation, coming to perform services the day after I called, and was very thorough in his removal preventing me from having to throw away any of my belongings. He put my mind at ease that we would solve the issue and was very friendly, professional and discrete. Bed bugs are never a good thing, but Bite Back made the removal process as painless as possible for an affordable price. I have no complaints about my experience with Bite Back and would recommend to anyone seeking services in the Boston area.
When we suspected our apartment might have bed bugs, Miles talked us through what the process could look like if we did eventually confirm the bugs. They came to check it out, and low and behold--bugs! Luckily it wasn't a severe infestation, they were able to come over ASAP and steam the entire apartment and even had a separate heating container for belongings that couldn't be steamed! Additionally, Miles made sure we understood all of the other protocols that we should follow both before and after the steaming, so we could avoid a re-infestation! Overall it was really great and easy working with this company.
I caught bedbugs from a friend's place. While I didn't have a huge infestation, they followed me on a trip to another city and back. Big bummer. Bite Back folks not only helped me accurately identify my bites and the bugs themselves, but helped me do what I could to combat their spread while I was traveling. When I got home, they helped me self-quarantine to stop the spread too, then they promptly came over and treated my house thoroughly in time to make sure my small problem didn't turn into a big one. The entire time I was treated with respect with all the questions bedbugs raise (what do I do about my books and records? Should I worry about one side of the room if they're on the other? What do I tell my roommates?). Without them I assume my landlord would have had to pay a ton for a pesticide service that would have only made the problem worse in the end. Even after I was in the clear, I contacted them to make sure I followed up well to prevent future issues. I highly recommend them--eco-friendly, human oriented, honest and simple work.
We had a bedbug infestation in our 3 bedroom apartment. We started to get bites and I wasn't willing to wait around to see if they went away! I called Miles from Bite Back Bed Bug Removal and he came the next day and checked all of our rooms and he confirmed that we had bed bugs. I talked to him multiple times over the phone when I thought of a new question or concern and he explained what we should do very thoroughly and helped me not to panic. I appreciate that this company uses steam and no chemicals. He came back for about 3 hours and steamed our bedrooms, living room and had a heated box for paper goods such as books. The bed bugs never came back. Highly recommend!!
I had a really bad case of bedbugs at an airbnb- unfortunately the host was NOT on top of it, but once Miles arrived they were super calm and grounding, they heard me out on what was happening and solved the problem in one treatment- and it was a really bad version of bedbugs, I’m not going to lie. In the end no bedbugs came home with me, and from the first night after the treatment I was out of pain and out of the woods. I’m really freaked out by this type of thing and Miles kept me really informed and took time to answer all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.
