when I renew my lease at the apt complex I live in they always give me a coupon to use to get my carpets clean from advanced carpet cleaning. When I renewed last year I called them to set up a time to come and then they never showed, I rescheduled and they never showed, the 3rd time I rescheduled they finally showed up but I didn't bother to move my furniture out of the way b/c I wasn't going to move it a 3rd time. This year when I renewed my lease I got another coupon to get my carpet cleaned. I called and set up a time for them to come and clean my carpets and once again they didn't show up to clean my carpets. I'm not rescheduling this year. Will never try to use this coupon again
