Mamakating Town Court

I do not get tickets very often, but in the few occasions I have in the last several years no other municipality has operated and smoothly and professionally as this one. The District Attorney was reasonable and empathetic, and so was Judge Dolan. Rather than having my time wasted for hours, the court operated smoothly and right to the point and I think there is a lesson to be learned from all other courts I have been to. Great job!

I've been to traffic court on and off for my driving career (32 years)nMy experience here was a good one overall.nThe court is highly organized. The people are friendly.nYou sign the arrival sheet as you go thru the metal detector.nLawyers are seen first.nThen its first come first serve.nThey are very serious about no cell phones in the court.
