Working with Dustin at MI-Box was such a pleasure. Extremely responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate all of our somewhat complicated needs and timing (and over a holiday weekend). Everything from delivery, pickup, storing, delivery and final pickup was perfect. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would do that. The service and communication throughout this move was the best and meant so much to us.
They were efficient, friendly and did more than I expected. Would use them again and I highly recommend them. Cost was reasonable very happy with there service
Couldn't have been happier with the service. Dustin was professional, quick to return calls and explained the entire process. Prices were much better than competition, and they showed up promptly when they were scheduled and took great care to ensure we were kept in the loop. Would recommend MI Box and Dustin to anyone looking for a stress-free way to move.
Very responsive and they were able to accommodate our schedule. Very friendly and helpful. Container was spotless! The delivery driver was able to place the container exactly where we wanted it. 5 PLUS stars!
