S. Pearl Station - State St & Lodge St

I wish these bus stops would have enclosed waiting areas to prevent the wind whipping around it's bad enough they took the seats out because of the homeless and they put the seats in the outside but to sit inside there's not enough of them and since it's on a hill they should be hand railings for people who might slip or fall because it's not always well shoveled when the snow is here.

Just a simple covered bus stop in Downtown Albany. No other facilities available.
