The drivers always in a rush to get somewhere when they made a mistake they give people a rough ride plus the driver love to skip stop so they can make up time or be somewhere else they is always 15 minutes late or IF they do stop at there spot they will go there like 5 before hand they dont want to go out of there way for nothing the whole company need to be redo from the top to the bottom the office in Middletown ny never ever answer phone if they dont like the job get a new one

I am going to to report this company the people that work there never answer the phone.But when you go there they a just having conversations with people but they never pick up the phone for there customers.They need a whole new staff.The should not even get a star angry customer.They need to start answering there phone.

Walk right up to the bus that was 15 mins late. And the bus driver just drove off looking right at me.

Bus receptionist was very helpful and very nice , no matter how many Questions asked of her. Help me plan my schedule .nynnasked and she helped plan the trip
