The man who was working on Sunday July 11th Was rude. I asked for a price difference between a quart and a gallon of paint he quoted me the prices and then when I went to pay the price was higher. I said I thought the paint was on sale and he said only if you have a coupon. why quote me one price and charge me another? It's either on sale or it's not. He was annoyed because I asked questions. No customer service skills whatsoever.

The guy at Sherwin-Williams in Reading, MA, (Dave) was so helpful. He tested some Minwax stain I was considering buying on a sample piece of wood I brought in, and when it didn't match just right, he offered to make a special batch of stain that would. And in a very short time he made a perfect match for me! So grateful.
