Every visit is an awesome time. You can't go wrong spending time hiking around this place. There are active beavers, deer, many bird species, turtles, snakes and today I overheard someone say they saw a mink. Go check it out but be cool, tread lightly, follow the rules and stay on the paths.

Tifft is a great place to walk, xcountry ski, or snowshoe. The preserve is huge and you can wander around in nature for hours. Lots of deer, birds, and I even saw a red fox!nThe beautiful Outer Harbor on one side, a tranquil preserve on the other...what more could you ask for.

Great place to hike in the winter! The deer aren't afraid of humans at all and actually walk right up to you making for some amazing photo opportunities! Haven't been in the summer in years but I remember the family loving it for hikes!

A great place to enjoy nature and go for a hike. All just 5 minutes from Buffalo. If you live in the city and have not been, you are missing out. On my last trip we saw some beavers, turtles and plenty of birds.
