We have been going on Know How Tours for the past couple of years. They are a wide variety of tours (day, couple or week long) to attend at a reasonable price.nnThe buses are nice and they normally well maintained. Seats are comfortable. Many of them have wall outlets on the seat so.you can charge your electronics. All have wifi, and bathrooms on them.nnThe drivers are outstanding with how they maneuver driving them.nnThe Tour guides are wonderful to have. They help to make sure the tour goes smooth. Many of them make the trip go quickly by playing small bus games for prizes. Some put on movies.

Used them several times for casino customer appreciation deals tons of fun. Very organized

Bus was uncomfortable for sleeping. Would be great for a day your but do not expect to sleep well at all. Would have given more stars otherwise.

Took young granddaughters to see Mamma Mia in Jamestown, NY. We had a wonderful time, loved the cozy bus ride, lunch and musical. The hosts (I'm horrible at remembering names, sorry) husband & wife, bus driver and tour guild were fantastic. Thank you for a memorable trip with my youngsters. Will most definitely be booking another trip
