Considering the circumstances with Covid, I think the facility was clean and very efficient. I felt safe and comfortable. The girls at the front desk were busy but friendly and helpful.

My experience at Concentra Urgent Care in Wilmington was fast, efficient, safe (considering the pandemic), professional and handled with respect. The staff exemplified all said traits needed to keep the clients properly taken for all their needs for the visit.

Very busy upon arrival but the women at the front desk handled the grumpy patients very professionally, I was impressed. Everyone in that waiting room was extremely rude to these poor women at the front desk over having to wait for “ walk in physicals”. It was difficult to listen to how some of these patients were treating them but never once did they lose their cool or even come close to reciprocating the behavior upon them. These women at the front desk deserve so much credit and a big thank you! 10/10 impressed.nnMy appointment went smooth, very pleasant physician and PA.nnI’m sure they would not remeber me but please pass this message on to them! My appointment was on the day of 9/18

The receptionists were not nice or helpful. The automated forms did not work and required them to be resubmitted multiple times. I waited about an 1 1/2 hours before being seen. Once I was brought back to be seen everyone was great!!! The nurse was awesome to work with and the doctor took time to ensue I understood what was being done. I would not go back because of the check in process. If you go there expect a long wait.

Two hour wait to get through line then another 45 for a drug screen. And the best part they lost my Urine sample so o haven’t been able to start work and will have to go back for another few hours. Worst drug screening place around!!!
