Hamburg Village Court

Most disorganized court ever. Make sure you know the process because they will not tell you. First you must check in at the court clerk then you must see the prosecutor who is all the way on another floor and the court clerk does not help by telling you that. The court will reduce it so it does not hurt as bad that the cops are crooked that give the tickets. Courts that do not listen to people breed corrupt officers like Bret McCabe who ticketed me for speeding by shadowing me from like 5 car lengths and that is not shadowing he was gaining not matching speed.

Be wary of false documents from this court. Don't trust the attorneys. Get a copy of all of the paperwork for yourself and make sure everything is correct and filed with Erie County.
