The tile Will was fantastic. He is very meticulous and neat. He valued input and kept us in the loop. That being said. I must admit to some disappointmebt with the rest of the service. The measurements were done quickly and inaccurately. No questions were asked at the time of the measurements. We had to go to the tile store twice during the installation as the materials estimate was off by a large margin. I ended up spending 200$ more in supplies between tile and edging material.
We had to delay due to CoVid and as soon as we received the material Ricky put us right on the schedule and got it done. His workers and office staff are highly professional and down to earth. They are wonderful people to work with. My floors look amazing and the experience could not have been better. Thank you Ricky and all your staff for everything.
Bozetti's was terrific to deal with in every way. They responded o quickly to my initial inquiry and to every question I had. The job was absolutely spectacular! They worked so hard on it - 2 exceptionally long days. It turned out terrifically. Everyone who has seen it has raved. Amazing crew, incredible service! I just purchased a home in Saugus and went back-and-forth on whether to get the ceramic tiles installed on my floor. I decided to do some work on my floors but had a tight time window to get them done before moving in my furniture. Ricky and his crew finished the project in the estimated period. The crew worked efficiently and was very respectful and courteous. They went above and beyond my expectations. Will 100% use them again if I ever need any other flooring work in the future.
Ricky and his team are true professionals. I had a previous contractor come and do a terrible job on the floor. Bozetti's group came right on time for every appointment, explained everything in detail and worked hard to get the job done so we did not have to close the office. Highly recommend and will use for future jobs.
