Ace just completed a job for us where they took an unfinished attic over our garage and made it into a Family Room. We also had them do some exterior work to our home, including a few windows and siding repairs. Their attention to detail was incredible. They took care with some of the exterior features of my home and made sure that their finishes matched perfectly. As for the interior, their craftsmanship was outstanding. They showed up when they said they would, consulted with me along the way, stuck to their budget, and let me know if anything additional came up. All of my questions were addressed immediately and they truly stand behind their work. We were very particular with who we chose for our project and we made they absolute right decision with Ace Home Medics. We are thrilled with our new space and they will be my first call for any future projects. Highly recommend!
We had Ace Home Medics rebuild our garage roof, including reframing the rafters, replacing windows, and installing a new door. When Mat came for the estimate, we told him we 'wanted it done right' so we never had to worry about it again, and he definitely delivered! My wife and I were working from home during the remodel and had a chance to watch much of the progress. I must say, their attention to detail was amazing. Just one example: I watched for almost an hour as they chipped away at the masonry of the old window frame to make sure the new one was level and flush. From the rough internal carpentry to the finish work, the garage looks fantastic. The communication with Mat and the crew was excellent, it was completed in a timely manner, and even when a problem arose they communicated all options and let us decide the best path forward after giving their opinion. I would highly recommend Ace, and will use them again in the future!
We hired Ace Home Medics to build a 3 season porch under our deck and to install an awning above the deck. In both cases we were extremely satisfied with the work. Mat, Val, Tony and the guys were professional and very easy to work with and they constantly kept us updated on each project. Matt and his team were terrific! I was impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, honesty, cleanliness, punctuality and overall approach to the job. The guys explained to me what they were going to do, explained my options and showed me what they found and how they were going to address it and kept me in the loop thru the whole process. It was a great experience and to be honest a breath of fresh air compared to some contractors we have worked with in the past. You got a good crew and you made a customer for life. Keep up the good, honest and reliable work!
Mat and his team helped us after we purchased a home and had to repair/replace a wall that had water damage. We took this time to replace a window as well. We could not be more happy with the work and time frame from start of project to finish. Happy to recommend them to anyone looking to have work done.
