Worst experience ever!! They don't discuss any GOLD rates or explain the break up of the bill, they will just charge you randomly on any item without even bothering . When asked , they are reluctant to give you any explanation and claim that they have been doing business like this for long time. The owner is very rude and the sales people are clueless of what they are doing.nWe purchased gold from them and realized that we have been overcharged (Same day , we bought gold from Joyalukkas with much better rate , 52/gram) . when asked for the rate difference they said , its the way it is and they are not entitled to provide us any explanation.nVery very bad experience and we feel extremely cheated.

Very bad experience. Once you purchase an item they do not offer refund even next day and make the exchange impossible by increasing prices. Avoid them at all costs! Rude staff.
