They kept my ring and gave me a fake stone. They kept my original stone that was a yellow sapphire. It was obviously a smaller stone too. They kept my money as well. They are obviously running a scam. Never shop here. They are frauds.
I just called the store to ask customer service regarding Gold prices which plunged down substantially. Customer Service gave me a very high rate. I told gentleman that Gold price should be less since the price went down he very rudely said that this is what our prices are. Extremely poor customer service. I have many times purchased from this store but never thought that I would experience such poor service. I will think twice before purchasing anything in this store again.
I bean to store like five time ,my experience was Excellent .all staff good and polite but I never met store owner before, he is very rude and disgusting . I went to store exchange the gold necklace because one side was broken ,I told him that my wife already waited here for almost two hour to fix it and u still gave her broken one pls fix it well, I never got kind of experience, he said rudely ''when I gave u from here it was good,now how many time u want me to fix it ,if u want to go to the another store u can''.I saw him yelling on staff one Girl was crying so hard in front of him but he don't concern.i will never come back and I will not suggest to anybody to go there ether. Please learn to respect the customer
They give good deals.. nice quality jewellery.. if any problem in polishing etc, they will fix it.. trustworthy..
