The Therapists that work here are fantastic. However, I asked the front desk person about my costs given the health insurance that I had. She told me based on my insurance, my costs would be $10 per session and my insurance covers 90 visits. This was not the case and I was charged over $500! Speaking with the front desk help again and calling their corporate office did not get me anywhere. Please make sure you do your own investigation and do not rely on them for this! I was lied to with ZERO accountability.

I have been going to ATI for a while now and very happy with this practice. Staff is friendly and accommodating and their physical therapists are knowledgeable and helpful. Sue is my PT and I am learning a lot from her about my body and the ways I can help myself improve my symptoms. She goes above and beyond to make sure she addresses all my issues. Highly recommend this practice.

The team did an awesome job taking care of me after my complex injury. I'm very grateful to Susan Bradley and entire team for their professionalism, kindness, support and cheer all the way. Hope I don't have to be there, but if I do - I know where I would be properly healed.

If you want personal attention you are in the wrong place. They schedule 2-3 people at the same time. That is a review for Newton location
