I have entrusted the care of my beloved 5 dogs and one cat to Highland Animal Hospital for over 25 years. I can t say enough about the superb veterinary care they have received and more importantly their kindness, compassion, and collaborative approach to handling the various illnesses and medical issues which occur. I also felt like I was a partner in their care.nThe front desk staff And tech assistants were always responsive and professional and they too always exhibit love for my pets, especially Augie!nHighly recommend this practice Special shout out to Dr Giles and Dr. Litra and Michelle!

They are a great place for your pets. The office is clean, the staff are very knowledgeable and they are the best place to take exotic pets in the beautiful town of Needham. I have been taking my pet rabbit there for years and J would not recommend anywhere else. They are also following a strict safety protocol for you and your pets during the Covid-19 pandemic.

They gave me very helpful advice bringing our new puppy home through to his first birthday and I hope for many years to come! I’ve seen 4 different vets on various occasions and they’ve all been fantastic. The staff is incredible and always friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Needham.

Just recently took our two 8-year old dogs for their annual check-up. We've been coming here for more than 3 years and it's always been a great experience. They are professional and yet friendly, and have created new processes (because of the pandemic) that are efficient and smooth. Highly recommend these guys!
