Some of the doctors are great, but it may take a while to fish for the good ones. Good luck getting an appointment if you need one! It's a factory. They have made many mistakes, they don't call back when they say they will. it's such as hassle to get a new doctor, but working with HV has been such a pain, that it's worth the hassle to go somewhere new.

The Wellesley facility no longer answers their phones! You call, get recordings, and then placed on hold. I've been on hold for more than 10 minutes multiple times before I just hang up. Calls go unanswered.... no longer a viable service - go elsewhere if you need medical assistance, you won't get it here.

I have been a patient HV for 32 yrs ! I went for an urgent care visit that was scheduled for 1120 no one told me anything , I decided to wait and a whole half of hour went by , walked up to patient relations woman at the desk for her to tell me the doctor was running behind ! I said well that would’ve been nice for you to tell me ! I come here for the convince of not waiting hours like an ER would have ! This is unacceptable
