I am assuming the bad reviews on here has more to do with the rudeness of these customers from the area rather than the staff here themselves. I bought a gorgeous bracelet a year ago and it's still strong and I wear it to special occasions to this day.I also just got my 5 year old daughter's ears pierced from here and the owner was very patient with her and even gave her some candy while she was crying. Everyone here was nothing but kind every time that I stepped foot into this place.

Top 10 “Stay The Hell Outta Here” Award nominee. Rude personnel, inattentive, more focused on your money than establishing a rewarding customer-establishment business relationship. They subcontract most of their work , so that leads to inaccuracies and inconsistencies in their work. They would like to believe they’re a high end place just because they sell gold when in reality they are just pretending. You’re better off selling or buying gold at other stores in the area. Safe yourself the bad taste

Dishonest business practices. unprofessional and unethical. I will never recommend your store to anyone I know and (of course) I will never buy anything in your store again. If you want to purchase your jewelry here I recommend that you don’t there are many other jewelry stores in Perth Amboy that are ethical and work with customers and don’t steal their money

If I could I would give this place a zero!!!!!!!!!! Bought a necklace from them The first time I wore it broke!!!!! Brought It back he fixed. I wore it home it broke again. I brought it back a The very rude Lady told me it the way I’m wearing it .....stay away!!!!! They sell junk

I’m only giving it one star because I can’t give it a 0. I went into Leen’s Jeweler with my mother who was looking to sell quite a bit of her gold. I approached the owner (I’m assuming) to show him everything to get a price. The whole time he just kept saying no one will give us a better price, that’s it. My mother was very emotional as it was very hard to part with her pieces, the owner insisted on preying on her while she was crying. I had to be firm and tell him to please give her a minute to think about the offer. He then huffed and kept saying “don’t worry about nothing, you not gonna get any better than this.” I was very skeptical on the price, so we asked if we went outside to think about it, would the offer be the same if we come back in. He was very rude and stated no, the deal is only good now. I am extremely disappointed. This is not about the money or the business aspect. He was very rude and treated us with complete disrespect. I am highly disappointed....nnAfterwards, we went to another jeweler in town, E&E, and it turns out that jeweler actually gave us more than Leen’s Jeweler’s offer.nnI will never return to this business. Very rude, money hungry, unfair and 0% bedside manor. You lost a customer.
