This place has fantastic service as well as enjoyable meals. One of the best restaurant in the city. The meals arrived rapidly and the prices are reasonable. Recommended.

I’ve had good Zupas trips and meh Zupas trips. It’s not going to blow your mind, but it’s usually pretty satisfying. This last time I ordered a large clam chowder and it was watery and had one potato piece. Filtered it at home and found two slivers of clam. For $7.00 I expect more than peppered white water. Also didn’t get my desert I paid for with my Togo order. Zupas you have made my food sad one too many times and now you didn’t give me the desert I paid for. You were bad and literally stole from me. Has a restaurant ever deserved to be described as disappointing more than Zupas.

Slow, no where to sit except outside. No they were not busy at 245 in the afternoon. Guy rudely told us we could stand at the bar where orders are picked up. Finally when a booth opened up, it was dirty. I will not go back to that location. Food was good, service was not. We love Zupas, I go frequently! Great food, usually no problems. This was very unusual! Thank you for your reply.

They always forget something. Today it was cutlery. Last time my tortilla strips. On top of that today my chicken enchilada chili was super watered down. Looked like a film on f grease on top but it was just water that wasn't mixed in well enough. Definitely done with zupas for a while after this.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. The service tonight was absolutely horrendous. We placed an order online and told it would be ready when we got there. 40 minutes of waiting at the store and talking to other who ordered online seemed to be waiting much longer. Meanwhile people were just coming in, ordering and getting there food as normal. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place as best you can. No words for what we experienced.
