I’ve always had great customer service on the phone, fast delivery and excellent pizza from the Murray Utah location. But the last few orders have gradually gotten worse along with the quality of food. I’m not sure what’s going on with that location. I never blame the workers. It comes down to poor management and coaching. I realize it’s just food but these days I would expect service to be better not declining. My average order is $28 and I always tip $5.00 on top of the delivery charge. Come on Murray!!

They have upped their game. Fast to my door, hot, fresh ingredients, and delicious. No need to go anywhere else, Marcos in Murray is great!

Place Is A Joke!!! My Husband Ordered 2 Large Specialty Pizza, Wings And Bread Sticks For Delivery Around 10pm On 7/14/2020 From The Location In Slc, Utah Paid Over The Phone With Our Debit Card!!! Our Food Was Never Delivered Called Them No Answer Went To The Location It Was Closed No Food And They Charged Our Card

2 stars because the pizza is good but the customer service is horrible at this location and after multiple instances I just have to write a review. I called and they took my order over the phone then when my father went to pick it up they told him there was no order placed and the cashier was extremely rude (not the first time this has happened). I called and whomever I spoke with first had extreme attitude (probably the same cashier) then eventually transferred me to someone else who stated the error was on their end and I could come back and grab the pizza. I complained and she only offered 50% off. Instead of driving back there and possibly having my pizza spit on, I just cancelled the order. I completely understand that mistakes can be made but at least rectify the situation and train your employees on customer service. Dominos down the street will now get my business.
