Had to swing by and pick up an order. Very friendly staff.

3 hour wait to be seated for overpriced food. It was good but not worth the high prices that don't even include a dinner salad or side with a pasta dish. The music was way way too loud, we were having to shout across the table to talk to each other and the lights were too low. Some members of our party had to turn on their phone flashlights to read the menu. Food was tasty, but next time we will go someplace we don't have to wait so long and we get more for our money.

Great place most of the time, great food, always; Service leaves a lot to be desired. I was there just last night and our server Tofer, I believe his name was, was really nice, very attentive. I have another birthday I’m going to tonight and when I tried calling the make a reservation the lady on the phone (I believe she said her name was Katie) was quite rude for what seems like no reason at all. We’re in the middle of a pandemic people, we’re all stressed out but that DOES NOT give anyone, especially “essential workers” the right to treat whoever they want like garbage. Anyway keep up the great work w great tasting food but choose your employees carefully because they make me never want to go back.

I love this location! They have a great menu from appetizers, main dishes, desserts and even great drinks! The only downside is that there is always a long wait. If you are looking to grab a bite to eat on a Friday or Saturday evening then be prepared to wait 45+ minutes.

You have to go in and reservations can not be made ahead of time. This place has changed from quality of food to treatment of customers. There was a host who was really nice and made us laugh which is why it was not a worse review. A lot of people were waiting out in the cold for over an hour. It also took a lot longer than what we were told to be seated instead of a 50 minute wait it ended up taking 90 minutes which is fine however it would make it nicer to have an option of online reservations like other places. Compared to the Cheesecake at city creek i gave the other one 5 stars because at this one just felt rushed and it took way long to get in. The food was ok but just alright in comparison to the other cheese cake factory.
