Why do you even put special instructions on the app if they don’t read them?
Let me start out by saying I pass two other Jersey Mikes on my way to this location but I choose to go to this one because of the people who work here! On my last visit I went in and only ordered a kids meal. I was experiencing issues with the card reader and my card kept declining, the guy who was working that day (who's name I forgot, I'm sorry) told me " It's ok, don't worry about it, anything for the kids" he wasn't annoyed and didn't rush me, very patient. The card reader eventually worked, whew! This experience has stuck with me in a positive way! Just knowing that if I was unable to pay that day, my child would have still been able to eat. A small act of kindness can go a long way! Thanks Guys!
Really good subs. The prices are high but you get good quality food and quite a bit of it for the money. Staff is always friendly and the location is very clean.
I've never eaten at Jersey Mike's, I came here with my kid. Ordered our sandwich and for whatever reason my cc was not swiping or reading on their machine. The cashier, I didn't get his name, but was a legend and told me to take the sub on the house because Jersey Mike's loves kids. I was in awe, that this kind of humanity still existed today. I ended up paying for the food after having a friend come and run their credit card, but the fact that they were willing to just let me have the sandwich for free, they earned a life long customer. THANKS JERSEY MIKES
Fast service, shop is always clean and their ingredients always taste fresh. I love ordering "Mike's Way", but EASY juice. It'll prevent your break from soaking up too much!
