I went and ordered Gluten free noodles and they gave me regular noodles. I thought they heard me but I guess not. That's something that needs to be clarified if they don't understand or something as it is an allergy. And when I tried to order over the phone it was an automated system taking my order. It was difficult and took 10+ min to order something that it got wrong, then to get transferred to a person. Talking to a person would have been easier.
Although the staff were very friendly it took almost 25 minutes for them to cook my to-go order. They should truly hire a few more staff & because of this I will not be returning.
Food was fast, fresh, order was correct. Matt took my order. He’s professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Love this place
I was the only one in line with two employees. One was tied up forever on the phone. the other employee, I'm not sure what she was doing. It was at least 5 minutes until I was recognized and greeted. It appeared they were overwhelmed with to go orders.
Usually my experience at Noodles and Company is always great. No today.The cook was chatting for a long time with a coworker he had only 2 orders on the screen. Was not wearing gloves or mask.Constanly touching his glasses.And without washing hands he just prepared the meals!!!.
