Zupas does a pretty good job. The food is fresh, and most of the meals come with a chocolate dipped strawberry for dessert. The selection of salads is unique and they allow you to substitute lettuce types and toppings. There are also tons of soups and sandwiches to choose from. They have adopted a great pickup system where your food is just waiting on the counter for you to pick up. If you've never been, go here!

Cafe Zupas is consistently good. At times I've eaten there and, as good as the soup is, it sits too long before my bill is rung up and ends up lukewarm. Everyone likes hot soup! Other items are prepared fresh and taste great. Try the creme brulee for dessert. It's great!

Fresh, fresh, fresh!!! The reason we eat here is the quality of the food. The salads are amazing. The other food is good too, but salads are the best. Expect to spend $15 per person. Some of the must try items would be, chipotle pork salad, twisted Mac and cheese, cheese cake and of course the fresh chocolate covered strawberry served with each meal. Give them a try, if you are willing to spend a bit more that other fast food joints you will get a more up scale meal that is actually good for you and delicious.

Ordered food for pickup an hour ahead of time. Went to pick it up and it wasn’t there. There was no one in the store and the employees were ignoring me. Went to the register and asked and they told me they’re helping people who are eating in first (there was no one in line). 10 minutes passed and I ended up asking again. The ticket had been sitting on the counter the whole time and they acted like it was my fault. They never apologized. So unprofessional.

I looked through the reviews and it looked like they would have gotten better after they reply to people and say "Please know that will be providing our team at this location with training to ensure we do a better job in the future." They must have fired and rehired everyone their because when we ordered curbside pick up no one came out for 10 minutes, so I called to let them know I was here in case they didn't see me, they answered and said it was ready and it would be right out, 10 minutes later no one came out still, so finally I had to go in to grab the food (which was cold now) and when i got home to eat my honey bacon club it had 1 slice of turkey, no cheese no ham, half a piece of bacon, and 1 tiny slice of tomato. I would highly recommend not going to this location, or zupas in general seeing as even after saying they'd get better they just do the same thing over and over.
